    A due to different production batches and manual measurement, slightcolor and size variationsmay occur. These differences are normaand do not qualify as quality issues or refund reasons.

  • Q Is there any color difference between samples and bulk orders?

    A Slight color variations may occur between different production batch-es due to materials andproduction processes. This is normal and notconsidered a quality issue.

  • Q Can you provide samples before mass production?

    A Yes. Samples are available for quality inspection. Sample costs canbe refunded or deductedafter bulk order confirmation.

  • Q What is your MOQ for custom orders?

    A Our MOQ depends on the customization level. Standard designs usu-ally have a lower MOQ, whilefully customized orders may require ahigher MOQ. Please contact us for details.

  • Q Do you support OEM /ODM services?

    A Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services, including custom sizescolors, logos, patterns, andpackaging based on your requirements
